Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Wonderful hotel, fairly clean, wonderful staff. Impressive and perfect room, soft beds. Great services, clean bathroom. Awesome location in a good area not far from a good area for restaurants and casinos, food and bars and restaurants & shopping.

The hotel is conveniently located near stores, restaurants, downtown Deadwood, and local attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious and modern, complete with a jacuzzi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the pool was well-maintained.

The front desk staff helped check us in even though there was a power outage. The staff of one, who laid out the breakfast spread was amazing. She had all of the food out by 6:30am every morning. And she had my favorite, cinnamon rolls out hot and fresh every day. She is an extremely hard worker. In fact, all of the staff I saw, were working every time I saw them. Whomever trained them shouldbe proud. I will ddefinitely stay here again when we come back to Deadwood, SD. Jim & Tana Knopf Denver, Colorado

The hotel's accommodation is bright and nicely set within a short walk to the historic district, downtown dining options, bars, and shops. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The complimentary breakfast offers a delicious selection of great items.

Terrific and beautiful units with an outside window and slippers, as example, and the staff were absolutely perfect. The food for breakfast was outstanding!

This place has very spacious rooms in a relaxing area, located right in old downtown, a great breakfast with a variety of delicious options, and efficient staff.

Parking is an issue. You have to check in and then take your vehicle over to a city parking facility. It is not very convenient especially if you forget something in your vehicle.

Great location just a stone's throw away from Main Street and only a quick 5-minute walk from Historic Old Town. The staff here were fantastic during my stay - super helpful and friendly. Plus, they have a wide selection of breakfast items to choose from, making it easy to start the day off right 🥞.

My husband and I had a fantastic 2-day getaway. The history in this town was amazing, with interesting shops and delicious food. We especially enjoyed eating at #10 Saloon and watching the Wild Bill reenactment. The staff was fantastic and the valet service was a pleasant surprise. The breakfasts were delicious and we appreciated that they allowed pets. We will definitely be returning.
